Made-to-Measure Products

All products sold by Washroom Cubicles are made to measure according to the specifications provided by you, our valued customer. This bespoke approach ensures that each item is tailored specifically to your needs and dimensions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Once an order is placed and production has commenced, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy is in place because made-to-measure items cannot be restocked or resold.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. After this period, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible, as your order may already be in production.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
